Coupling Issues

hi,
I have a few doubts reagrding coupling in integrated circuits.
What are the best solutions when u have coupling netween high and low frequency signals (digital domain)
Is it possible to have coupling between high freq signals???
If so can someone tell me how gaurd rings can be used to avoid coupling?

Please help

Re: Coupling Issues

As I can understand you have a crosstalk problem. On National or TI web site you can find a lot of AN on the issue.

Re: Coupling Issues

Hi,
I did go through some documentation, but could not find material which discussed the use of guard rings to solve SI issues. I tried searching for books on signal integrity but most were related to PCB design.
Could someone please help or provide me specific information..
