Hi,

I need schematic of a solid state break to a Three Phase AC motor.
It may use IGBT or SCR and must be compatible with motors ranging from 2hp up to 5hp Three Phase 380VAC.

It is used to break the rotor of the AC motor with the need of an external mecanical break using magnetism.
