The 1N series are not photo diodes I think you can't do it with them directly

You can use the diodes to filter and remove the ripples produced Other than that no significant change can be got from them

I want to make a solar panel 1n400X e.g. 1N4007 semiconductor diodes . Thats not a photodiode.........

You cannot make solar panels using 4007 buddy.

BPW series can help you more in your design try them out

Like Jeffrey says this are standard rectify diodes, and they are not photo. You probably mix this diodes with solar module bypass Schottky low voltage drop diodes from some solar circuit.

You can make solar panel from cheap garden solar lamps. You can make higher voltage and current, just put more this small modules in serie and parallel with bypass Schottky diodes.

Diodes are sensitive to light. This includes LED's and glass-encased type.

They will produce a tiny voltage/current when exposed to light, without any external electrical energy being applied.

You'll need a great many of them to get any productive output, however.

With scalping of some TO-3 power transistor he can get more current. But with 1n400x and zener diodes.....
