I need to calculate the snr of the received signal at different location.

snr is given by
ρ_m=(αL_m)/σ^2

where
L_m=cD_m^(-r) is the path loss factor

α is the transmit power
D_m is the distance from the signal source

so i need to calculate the snr at different distances D_m from the source.

Please give me some info on this...
