Hi,
in order to drive a dc motor i've to design an isolated regulated dc/dc with these features:
50Vin (+/- 10%)
150Vout @ 5Amps for normal operation (750Watts)
50Vout @ 20Amps for 20 seconds particular condition (1KWatt)

What kind of converter can start considering for my project?
Could you suggest me a suitable pwm controller?
Thanks

For 1 kW you should use a full bridge converter, driving a step up transformer.

full bridge zvs phase shiftd or full bridge push pull?
What's the better?
