Hi all,

I need to build a small serie of PCB with surface mount, my problem is to buy 1% SMD resistors in a reel, to be able use inserting machine.

Some one knows, where to buy small quantities of SMD in reel??

We use for laboratory test some strips sold by RS components, usually in 50 pieces strip; the price is very high bu to avid to buy the entire reel !

I think AEK in Austria (Salzburg) sells 250 pieces / MiniReel
the Price is about 4USD / Reel

Hi,

Farnell can suplly SMD resistor in reel for quantities of 3000 of each value; to make a serie of 200 is too much.....

Hi,

Something looks strange, distributors of minireel are farnell and RS, but they only suplly minireel's with 3K.

Thanks anyway, I will contact minireel by Fax.
