Can any one help me, please?

My research in wireless sensor network.

My model is:
I have cluster contain from Cluster head and group of nodes.
all nodes in cluster sleep and wake up - to save the energy - according to the remaining energy in the battery and other parameters.

Please can any one help me to write the code on MATLAB?
I found this paper "Sleeping Sensor Network for reducing energy dissipation", its helpful but i can't reach to the MATLAB code which the author use it.
