sleep problem of dspic30f4011.

Hi,
please some one explain me why micro controller get restarted after waking up from sleep.I'm using dspic30f4011 for my purpose and using watchdog timer to wake up mcu from sleep.data sheet says" If FSCM is not enabled, then the device simply suspends execution of code until the clock is stable and remains in Sleep until the oscillator clock has started." I'm not using FSCM.
