Hi,

I'm looking for an easy way to do a differential output from an input analog signal referenced to ground.
Does anyone have a design based on opamp chip ?

There are two main methods. One is to use a transformer. The other is to put both an inverting and a noninverting amplifiers from the single ended node. The two amp outputs will then form a differential pair with a gain. The two amps must have the same absolute value of gain with just the signs different.

The main approach you can see here
