Hi,

May I know what is the concept behind this? Can this be done using just resistors or is there any available IC chips on the market?

you can use balun.

it's a standard device in circuit design.

also you should know the frequency band of your

application before you can choose the right one.
 

Don't understand the question, plz explain yourself.
 

If you have a low frequency application you can perform the single ended to differential conversion by just using an opamp (and resistors) in inverting configuration. So the differential signal is your input and the opamp output.

However if you need to do this at high frequencies where an opamp can not be used then you need to use a balun (BALanced to UNbalanced converter).
