Hello! I want to simulate single electron transistor equivalent circuit using cadence. I am simulating it using Monte Carlo simulation under ADE XL but I not getting the desired response. Please help me how to use Monte Carlo simulations on cadence. If possible please provide me information of equivalent circuit of single electron transistor.

Thank You
