Based on that, I couldn't resist drawing a schematic myself, which I hope is correct and useful to you...
Yes I have seen this page, I am building my zx80 from this page actually.
The rampack is very usefull and it is easy to reverse engineer, butt I do not own one to reverse engineer it.

I would really like the rampack not to consume the only available bus slot though, but the first step is to find the original schematic so I can build it
