simulator for program written in ccs compiler???????//

in bascom avr when i wrote a program i can simulate it using the softwate simulator that is integrated in it but when i write program in ccs pic compiler i don`t know
how to simulate it step by step. can anybody guide me how i can trace my code without the need for any types of hardware ?
 

I've not done it, but I think that you can simulate CCS PICC code in MPLAB. You will need (I guess) to install CCS's MPLAB plugin and generate a .cod (or .cod) file for MPLAB to use.

I use CCS tools, but have always tested on the target hardware.
