simulation of an amplifier in hspice

hi, I want to simulate a low voltage bulk driven operational amplifier circuit( ZUO &***** IEEE article 2013) in hspice I think I must use the EKV model(level 55 in hspice) but I can not find it in any website such as mosis , ptm , etc .plz help me how I can find it (in witch web site?)
