hi,guys
i simulate a inductor with PGS floated in momentum environment to verify if pgs
can improve the q value of inductor,but i can not find any improvement,why?can anybody help me sovle this problem?
port1 ,2 is the inductor port,3,4 is the pgs gnd port,and metal M1 is used for patterned ground shield.
