Simulation Error on ADS

I've included a model file in ADS but unable to perform the desired simulation because of the following error
'Error detected by hpeesofsim during netlist flattening.
`M1' is an instance of an undefined model `TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nch'.
Please help!
