Simulating transciever with transfer function w/o S-function

S-function

I have a M file with the codes of my channel transfer function (multipath). My
transceiver model however is built in Simulink.

Is there a way to simulate my transceiver with my transfer function
without any S-function programming? I'm close to my due date and this
instruction was given to me last minute by my instructor.

Please advise. Thank you.
