Simulating the chip with QFN package in ADS

Hi,

Can I load an IO planned layout from encounter to ADS software and simulate the entire design along with a QFN package ?

or Is ADS only for simulating the package alone ?

You can check if the file is supported by the ADS.
ADS should be able to simulate the whole design (system level).
