hi
is there any one who can help me simulating surface charges on si nanowire?
there is a statement in atlas manual for this simulation:
QSS QSCHARGE=6e10 BOUNDP=(11,13,0.1,0.572)
but after running the program , this error will appear:
** ERROR # 1 **
* Invalid card type specification *
==> QSS
who know, how i can solve it?
