Hi everyone,

I have ADS 2009 installed, and I also have (rf018.net TSMC RF SPICE MODEL) file uninstalled.

Is there anybody who knows how I can install this file(rf018.net),in ADS?
I would like to have (nch and pch transistors models) in ADS for my design.

u must have rf018 TSMC RF ADS MODEL

then use this path

ads/designkit/design/install designkits../browse

and enjoy it :D
