Simple diode with forward bias voltage of 0.85V

I have a device containing a smd diode on which part number is not written. Can any one tell me that what is its part number or how can i check its part number. I have removed it from circuit and tested it. It is simple diode having forward voltage drop of 0.8V. It does not allow dc to pass on reverse polarity.
 

What is the code written on the part? Normally 2 characters. What size is the part?
