Simcom 300 problem with AT +CIPSEND command

Hi every body...... this is pradeep.......... am using GPRS in modem. i started the procedure to get the server. but there is no response from
like this
AT+CIPSEND

and 2ly am using second time for configuration but it is showing error..
AT+CSTT="airtelgprs.com","user","user1"


it is showing as error...
