sim900 hang when netlight doesn't work

Hi All,
I have sim900 modem and it work.
but when netlight doesnt work, my modem hang and doesnt work again, I must use reset hardware to make it work again.
i want my sim900 restart automatic when netlight doenst work,
how to solve this????
is this using test sinyal strength with at+csq and then check the value.
please help me :)
