[General] SIM 900A call not going

I am using Arduino Mega 2560 for a project which requires GSM SIM Modules and i am using SIM 900A.

While trying to call or message , arduino is working that is code is running even the serial monitor displays the working code but there is no call or message.

Before sending dial command, you should check if the modem is registered, AT+CREG?
