Sim 300 gsm modem detection problem

I had a Sim 300 gsm modem,but i can't connect it to my pc. Com port can't detect it, So i can't check it in hyperlink,,,Plz Help me....But when i dial that no,,,the buzzer is ringing that means modem functionality is ok,,,
