Hi all,
Currently I am doing a project on designing a N channel mosfet using silvaco. I have gone through the examples given in the silvaco. he most of the examples are using athena. But I want a sample source code from atlas. Since I am new to this software can anybody help me providina basic silvaco atlas sample code for N channel mosfet. And I would like to know about how to define the Z direction since I want a 2D design.
