How to simulate the sigma delta modulator bandwidth as noise quantization function in ELDO or SPICE like simulators?

Az you know for quantization noise we have:

Where He(f) is the NTF, delta2/12 is the total quantization noise and fB is the SD modulator bandwidth. What do you mean by simulating the bandwidth as a function of quantization noise?
