SiC diodes in parallel in SMPS

Hello,
SiC diodes have appositive temperature coefficient of Vf. What about putting them in parallel for eg high current sync. rect. Full bridge converters, instead of all the "messiness" of sync. rect. drives?

How does this diode 0.1R ESR and 310pF @-1V compare to your synchronous switch?

Thanks, see your point, eg the vishay fet here has a capacitance of around 200pF

...less than the capacitance of the diode...though these capacitances get much les as volts increase across the relevant junctions..so neither fet nor diode have much capacitance as the off-state voltage develops across them
