SiC diodes in parallel in SMPS

Thanks, see your point, eg the vishay fet here has a capacitance of around 200pF

...less than the capacitance of the diode...though these capacitances get much les as volts increase across the relevant junctions..so neither fet nor diode have much capacitance as the off-state voltage develops across them
