should bandgap voltage always be the same for same technolog

it is said that bandgap voltage should always be the same for the same technology ? while i did not understand that ? in my design, bandgap voltage would be a litter different ,just as the bottom pic shows
 

could you give us a picture of litter small ????

IN different process they are a litter different .becase of the Vbe is differnet
IN cmos process is is about 0.65V
 

Why your picture so large? Use TIF format.
I think nobody want to waste points just to see your picture.
 

bandgap is nothing about you design , it only reply on your process

See the attachment. This is what I thinks, the dc shift is the error introduces due to the R2 value that is away from the ideal value which achieve the dVBG/dT =0.

Hope it helps and any comments are welcome.
