Hi all,

I am new to LTspice and i don't know how to shift a wave.Problem is i have to give an AC input of amplitude 5v for both positive and negative cycle. But i actually get a waveform that doesn't start from 0.I don't know how well i explained my question, kindly help.Thank you in advance.

Hi,

In your picture "time" doesn't start at zero either.

I assune at time=0 the voltage=0.

Hi,

Post an image of the complete schematic, please. You want to level shift it up so it's centred at 0V and goes to +5V and -5V, right?

Did you put a D.C. offset on your voltage source.

Hi,

How do you mean that it doesn't start at zero? Is it the waveform, the time, is it that there's a DC offset? Can you give more information?

Two important things we need to see to understand your question:

1. simulation command
2. simulation waveform

can you change the phase in the waveform dialog box?

yes..but didn't connect ground...After connecting ground the waveform starts from 0V.
