the datasheet [1] includes the reflection parameters as a function of frequency as well as the insertion loss and gain. You could perform your analysis based on this plots.
Which frequency sopan are you interested in?
BTW the SGA-9289 is marked as OBSOLETE at Digikey and Mouser, I would not design a new product based on this transistor.
