grafcet software

Dear All,

I would like to make the SFC or Grafcet of my ladder programme. Is there any software for doing just the SFC or Grafcet?. I mean, are there any SFC/Grafcet stencils availble for Visio or similar programmes?. Any recommendation?. I would like to program Omron PLCs.
