i want bellowed ic

input-5v(out put of microcontroller)
output-12v and 1Amp
-------------------------
working:
1-- if input=0v then output=0v
2-- if input=5v(some mA) then output=12v at 1Amp

like this ,may have two or more channel(low cost)
But there are two chances
1--LM324(but have low currnt o/p)
2--L293D(High cost)
so this two not possible, please sugest any othr IC to me......:sad:
 

If its a buffer you want check out the ULN2000 range of ic's, they are a hex buffer, you can parallel the outputs to increase current handling.

Sorry , in ULN2000 series all are only milliampere range ,i want 1 ampere 12V.But also which will not give positve input to positve out put.and not work in negative input ,which act as high impedence state...
