Greetings,
Looking to construct an ESD simulator station, but having trouble identifying components of the so-called bleeder wire (cable).
I understand it requires a 470k Ohm resistor at each end, but what type will be adequate for 1/2 of 15kV (two equal resistor voltage divider), that can be installed in-line? And, do I need wiring with a 15kV (or better) insulator?
One website sells these at $390.00 for one 6ft wire - really?
Any other do's, don'ts, or other considerations welcome,
Tek
