set up and hold checks on multiple clocks

hi all,
does any one help me out how timing engines calculate set up and hold time of mulitiple cloks,
for example the launching clock at ,100 mhz and capture clock is 50 mhz then how set up and hold is calculated.

Are they synchronous clocks?

yes they are synchronous like one clock is generated from other

in your case, you should have define in you sdc file one create_clock and one create_generate_clock, so the STA tool, know the relation between both clocks and handle correctly setup/hold checks.

I don't know if you used different case analyzis. if you don't use, do you have on or two scan clock domains ?
