[General] serial port plotting software

Is there any software available for plotting values from the serial port in real time. I searched in google and couldn't find a best choice. My idea is to send data from controller to serial port, so that I can monitor circuits, like using CRO. If anyone have used such software please give me reply.

I have used MegunoLink Pro.

Thanks for the reply, But I got another simple software 'serial oscilloscope' that is free and seems simple and working fine.
