polarizer program

Hello Everybody:

Please ask , the figure inside the file , I will design septum polarizer and carry on research, so i don't know the structure is correct or wrong?
And use this can i get ?
1.Axial Ratio?
2.Phase Difference
3.Bx and By (difference of propagation)
