sending data sequentially

i've loaded a hex file:

how to send it line by line?and how to do a delay 100ms?
 

Download this terminal software:
(http://www.rfinnovations.com.au/Uploads/Images/RFI-Interm%20Rev1.1(1).zip)
Copy everything between the brackets and paste to the Explorer's ADDRESS ..

Once you have it running, goto Tools and Button setup ..
Copy one line of your code to one button, or, if you wish copy the whole code to a button .. When you press that button the whole line(code) will be sent out through serial port ..
You can also add delays ..
