Sending an F-bus frame to a nokia phone via USART problem

Hi ,, i am having a problem with the frame send

whenever i send a character to the nokia phone i recieve the same character back,,, and there is no respond to the frame,,, with anotherone or something ,,, it is only my transmitted frame turned back to me!!!!!!!!!!!

any suggestions?

now ,, i get reply ,, but the echo is still there ,, how can i flush the echo ?
