Pleas can anybody suggest for me a semiconductor relay of MOSFET type capable of 400V breakdown voltage and 2A continuous current.
Searched the web but can't find one of this specification
Thanks

Hi,

Or solid state relays.

****
True MOSET are hard to find, because it's difficult to produce MOSFETS for high voltage.
For high voltage IGBTs are more common.

Supposed you ar looking for a DC switch (there are tons of AC switches with the said specification) you could e.g.use Crydom D4D07 **broken link removed**
