Hi, I am showing my age here but I have some components, transistors, diodes, IC's that have never been used but are +/- 20 years old. Do You think they are still useable or is it dustbin time? Regards, Mike
 

semiconductors can still be use. only care needed is to clean the contact with very mild acid and then wash with water and dry.
