Hello,

I've selected this MOSFET for a motor control application: IRF200P222

I'm going to use low side configuration.

How do I choose a proper gate driver for this MOSFET? What do you think of this one?

Hi,

Selecting a driver IC depends on technical values = specifications.

The most important parameters are:
* mosfet gate drive voltage
* expected mosfet switching speed
* driver supply voltage
* driver output current
* driver features
* package size
* assembling type
* ... and so on.

Besides technical specifications:
* price
* availability
