No, no and no to all three questions, I'm sorry, I just found it with google.
But they have some very well know and respected references among their custumors:

But since it's a Danish company, you will probably get paid well. The avarage salaries in Denmark are quite high, much higher than in Italy I can understand from another discussion in this section.
