i am searching for pic 16f872 programmer schematic cause it costs about 150$ if i want to buy it, so i decided to do it by my self
but to do that i need ur help
I would presume the JDM programmer would do the trick. It's only some diodes, two transistors, some capacitors and a couple of zeners - only drawback is you need a serial port capable of delivering high enough voltage. Your desktop PC will likely be capable of that, your laptop will likely not.
I've built numerous in the past to program PIC16, PIC18, and dsPIC30 devices. Works very well. Do a google image search for "JDM schematic".
Get the JDM schematic, or the JDM2 -better- and get the IC-Prog last version.
Then, in the www.ic-prog.com site, check the supported devices.
search the PIC16F872 in that supported devices list.... check the tip
"Pull PGM to GND", thats you gonna do in the original JDM design, putting the PGM pin to GND..... thats all
