Hi,
I am designing a power supply for a RF switch filter bank (SFB).
This SFB has six channels and only one channel will be activated at one time. It means one channel on & other five channels will be off for
an instant of time.
Conditions for switching ON the channel (consists of series n shunt PIN diodes) is as follows:
1. Series PIN diodes will be ON (+1.8V) & Shunt PIN diodes will be OFF (-75V).
Conditions for switching OFF the channel (consists of series n shunt PIN diodes) is as follows:
1. Series PIN diodes will be OFF (-75V) & Shunt PIN diodes will be ON (+1.8V).
See the attached diagram (topology.jpg) for more clarity. As per the diagram, there will be 12 FETs or BJTs to select the particular channel.
To implement this topology, which FET or BJT should I use?
Presently I am considering ST microelectronics FET : STN39F06
Is it a right choice?
What parameters I have to consider while selecting the FET or BJt for this purpose?

Rajan
