searching for a certified GSM/GPRS module for M2M device

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a certified GSM/GPRS module for M2M device. Quadband GSM compatibility (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz) is required.

Another qustion is that if the M2M device is sold in different countries, whether the integrated device need to be certified for each country separately?

Any suggestion would be very appreciated.
