a google search gave a 'search.edaboard.com' link for
a searched keyword.

on getting the 'search.edaboard.com' relevent page ,
clicking on any one link on the page jumps to
'log-in' page of edaboard.

is it necessary to log-in , for viewing the contents ?

is it the way it was designed ? or
the recent 'bb' layout change to 'php engine'
resulted this?

'search.edaboard.com' link works fine for me. But if it is redirected to the attachments then you need to log-in otherwise you do not need to log-in to view the contents.

the problem is not when you type
'search.edaboard.com' in url.

it is asking for logging in only when the page is from a google keyword search link.
