Hi Experts,
I am having the doubt in SDRAM Controller,when we go for sdram initialization stage of SDRAM controller why we are specifically giving 100us delay after the clock.

That delay is for the SDRAM module to get initialized. That delay will be specified in the module datasheet. After that delay only the SDRAM will start to accept commands from the controller.
