Hello All,

I am using AM3352 processor from TI make. It is having SDIO 2.0. My question is can I connect SDIO 3.0 device with my processor?

SDIO 3.0 can communicate with SDIO 2.0?
I found basic difference is speed for SDIO 2.0 and SDIO 3.0.

I dont know whether SDIO 3.0 is backward compatible with SDIO 2.0?

Rule of thumb is that most protocols are backwards compatible with previous versions.
What you have is a device that offers the V2.0 protocol and an SD card that can work with the V3.0 protocol.
Nothing will make the device go faster than the V2.0 protocol speed but the V3.0 card will accept the timings from a V2.0 device.
Therefore you will always operate at the slowest common version - in this case V2.0.
