SD card initialization

Hi friends. Sd card interfacing with PIC18f452 on Proteus is not working for me. I am stuck at SD cards
initialization step.Looking forward to your useful suggestions.

Mikroc version 8.1
I have loaded an image file in MMC. The MMC card returns a value of FF which means card not detected/initialized
configuration bits are set as follows:

oscs_off_1h
xt_osc_1h
wdt_on_2h
wdtps_128_2h
lvp_off_4l

crystal frequency 8 MHZ

Actually proteus has some problem with initialization problem
